Current Class List
Next Level offers classes for both boys and girls between the ages of 8-15 at various locations. Class locations, dates, and costs are posted on our website as they are scheduled. Cost varies depending on location and duration of session.

Speed, Agility, & Quickness
Designed to improve quickness, balance and explosive speed. Techniques include plyometric exercise, reaction drills, hurdle drills, speed drills and ladder training.

Football Techniques
Covers basic non-contact football fundamentals including proper stance, conditioning drills, blocking (technique only), offensive and defensive position techniques and responsibilities, football definitions and formations.

Core Strength & Flexibility
Focuses on abdominal core strength, upper and lower body strength training (no weights). Techniques include abdominal exercises, plyometric and isometric upper and lower body exercise (push ups, squats and static and ballistic stretching).

Camps
Next Level conducts sports related camps during the course of the year for boys and girls between the ages of 10-14 that emphasize conditioning, agility and technique in several sports. Locations, dates and costs of these camps will be posted on the website as they are scheduled. Costs will vary depending on location and duration of camp.

Youth Fitness
Focuses on beginning fitness techniques for kids who are interested in a general level of fitness not necessarily associated with sport. Techniques include beginning stretching exercises, light conditioning and isometric exercise.

Next Level offers individual training sessions for kids, teens and adults designed to provide a more focused level of training. Sessions consist of:
